You can even open it in Google Maps and save it for easy access. Please make sure to carefully check the pick-up location and time so you’re fully prepared for your tour.
A: From your hotel, the pick-up point usually takes just a few minutes’ walk. Please note that for this tour, pick-up is only available at the locations suggested by the tour operator.
A: Please arrive 10 minutes early. The time printed on your ticket is the bus departure time, not the arrival time at the pick-up point. Since this is a group tour, the bus cannot wait for late arrivals. Arriving early ensures you don’t miss the tour and shows respect for your time and the time of other participants.
A: If you are delayed, please contact us immediately to discuss your options. One possibility may be to take a taxi at your own expense and join the bus at the next stop or directly along the tour route, so you don’t miss the experience.
