Q: How to book an excursion?
A: You can book an excursion in one of the following ways:
– Through any EOS.TOURS office at the addresses indicated in the contacts;
– Book online via the booking system, filling in all the required fields. After that you will receive a confirmation of your booking;
– By phone 70000295 in Paphos or 70000205 in Limassol – by making a call, or by writing on Viber or Whatsapp. After that, you will also receive a confirmation of the booking.
Q:How many days in advance should I book an excursion?
A: It is ideal to book an excursion in advance. For example, if you want to go on an excursion tomorrow, you should book it before 20:00 today.

Q: Can I pay in cash on the spot?
A: You can pay for the tour on the spot to the guide on the bus or in our office.
Q:When does the excursion start and end?
A: The exact time of the beginning and the end of the excursion depends on the route chosen by you. On average, the duration of the excursion is 8 hours, which includes stops for visiting sights and the time allocated for lunch.
Q:Will an excursion take place if the bus is not full?
A: Yes, excursions will take place regardless of the fullness of the bus. Be it 10 people, or 25. All tours are carried out on tourist buses, the capacity of which is from 22 to 55 seats. All buses are equipped with air conditioning, seat belts, TV and a microphone.
Q:What is the language of the tour?
A: Excursions are conducted in Russian and English.
Q:How do I know if my tour bus has arrived?
A: You will be picked up by a bus with a sign EOS.TOURS, you must present your ticket or e-booking to the guide before boarding the bus.
Q:What’s included in the excursion’s cost?
A: The cost of the excursion includes: transportation and excursion service. The price does not include meals (some excursions include meals according to the program). During the tour you will have about an hour for lunch.
Q:Are entrance tickets included in the cost of the tour? What are extra expenses?
A: Entrance tickets to archaeological parks, museums and castles are not included in the tour price (unless otherwise specified). There is also an extra charge for lunch and souvenirs. When booking, please ask the manager which costs may arise in the chosen route.
Q:Why are tours so expensive?
A: Our prices of excursions correspond to the market prices as of today.
Q:Can we get a group discount?
A: In order to get a group discount, please contact the EOS.TOURS office. The discount will depend on the number of people and the route you have chosen.
Q:Are we to get the money back if we do not go or miss an excursion?
A: If you cancelled the tour less than 24 hours before the beginning or missed it, the money will not be returned. In case of a sickness, confirmed by a relevant document, an exception will be made. If you are more than 15 minutes late, unfortunately, you will not be able to join the excursion. If you are running late, please contact us at from Paphos + 375 70000 295 | Limassol +357 70000 205.
Q:What should I take with me?
A: Depending on your route, you may need the passport (only for an excursion to Nicosia, Kyrenia and Famagusta), comfortable shoes, bathing accessories, when visiting monasteries, shoulders and knees must be covered.
Q:Is it possible to purchase olive oil, wine and souvenirs during an excursion?
A: Yes, there is such an opportunity during some tours.
Q:Are roads and swimming spots safe?
A: All roads and highways in Cyprus comply with European standards. The swimming spots chosen by us are safe, but we strongly recommend following the instructions of the guide and the responsible persons on the safety on land and in the water. Otherwise, the company is not responsible for any injuries resulting from safety violations.
Q:Is my insurance policy valid during the tour?
A: If you have a health insurance policy for a trip to Cyprus, it will be valid throughout Cyprus, regardless of your location on the island.
