A fascinating trip to the Akamas reserve, a green coast with wild nature and beautiful views! The beauty of this protected area is truly unique. A comfortable vehicle will take you to the famous Avakas gorge.
Walking along the stone corridor of the gorge, we will get acquainted with the local flora and fauna, the unique climate of the gorge will allow us to feel the coolness even on the hottest day of summer. Then we will go along the coast of the picturesque reserve to the famous Lara Bay beach, it is this pristine coast that the endangered green sea turtles love.
You will learn about the life of these animals, see turtle clutches, and admire little turtles in the midst of summer. We will also have enough free time to swim in the crystal clear water of the virgin beach and soak up the sand.
The next stop on our journey is Cape Drepan, where, if you wish, you can visit the temple of St. George, the patron saint of agriculture, a small fishing harbour with colourful boats and ancient rock burials. Lunch will take place in one of the traditional tavernas located above the harbour, overlooking the sea.
