CAREFREE SATURDAY

    This day we will be devoted to the acquaintance with the traditional rural life in Cyprus and non-traditional island’s wines. But first we are going to an authentic farm, where the cute donkeys live! There we will get to know the inhabitants of the farm and take a ride if we wish.

    Then we will go to the village of Laneia. The village will give us an idea of ​​what the traditional Cypriot architecture is: narrow streets, houses with tiled roofs, courtyards immersed in flowers and greenery – nobody will stay indifferent! Breathtaking landscapes around will create a romantic mood and awaken hidden artistic talents, which are quite common among the locals.

Then we will stop in the mountain village of Monagri, where we will be served unusual local wine to taste. Muscat flavours in the taste, as well as the wine made from dried grapes – you can only try it in Monagri!

On the way back to Paphos we will visit the birth place of Aphrodite – this is one of the most stunning places on the coast of Cyprus, where, and for a good reason, Aphrodite emerged from the sea foam. It is believed that bathing in these waters prolongs youth and beauty – we will have the opportunity to make sure of this ourselves.
